Entry Fee: $ 275.00. Teams must be registered NSA. Game balls and umpire fees are included in the entry fee. An NSA sanction number will be required for all teams.

Rosters: Your official online NSA roster must be completed and turned in with your entry form. All players should have some form of picture ID on their persons at all times. ROSTERS CANNOT BE TURNED IN OR ACCEPTED AT THE TOURNAMENT SITE.

Conditions: The tournament committee reserves the right to rule on matters as they occur, including any matters deemed necessary to complete the tournament. The committee assumes that all players are competing at their own risk and will not be liable for any accidents or injuries. Entry into this tournament constitutes agreement to these conditions.
Protests: There will be a $75.00 protest fee on playing rules and a $75.00 protest fee for Eligibility protest per player protested. If the protest is allowed, the fee(s) will be refunded.
Uniforms: NSA uniform rule will be in effect in regards to the coin flip before games. Teams must have matching shirts with numbers. All Uniforms should be alike in color and style. NO METAL SPIKES.
Playing Rules: To be in strict accordance with NSA Official Rules.
Tournament Draw: The brackets will be seeded by the National NSA point system for first round bye purposes with a blind draw after that. With this in mind, it is possible that teams from the same area could play each other in the first round. Absolutely no consideration will be given to those teams driving greater distances. Brackets will be emailed to the manager three days prior to the tournament.
Game Schedule: Tournament will be using a double elimination format. There will be no consideration given to teams traveling the greater distance. No grace period will be allowed unless deemed necessary by the tournament director due to an emergency. Once a team has played it’s first game, there will be no extended courtesy in respect to starting time. In other words, Game-Time is Forfeit Time. Teams must be prepared to play.
Awards: Individual and Team Sponsors awards will be given in accordance with the number of teams participating in each division. There will be All- Tournament Teams selections with each classification, along with Outstanding Offensive and Defensive Awards and a Tournament MVP.
Admission Fee: Ohio Sports Park will be charging an admission fee for everyone over the age of 12. This is something the NSA has no control over, so be sure to inform your team, to avoid any embarrassment at the entrance gate for your team or spectators.
